What's The Matter? Science Party

Today's "What's The Matter?" Science Party
was a huge success! 

We made a gas using vinegar, baking soda and a balloon.

We even did some colour mixing!
What happens when you mix blue and red jello?
It turns PURPLE! 

We enjoyed making and eating jello! 

We blew up balloons! 

And we watched Dr.Seuss' "Bartholomew and the Oobleck"

We explored all things solid, liquid and gas.
Each kiddo got some slime to take home
(made with BORAX), a balloon and we ate
some very yummy jello.

We learned about liquids, gases and solids.
You can change states by making it hot or cold.
The students in 2B want to show our families this video
and try a science experiment at home.
To show your learning, take a picture or a video or
draw a picture of your experiment.
