Mindfulness seems to be the buzzword these days...are you being mindful? What does that even mean? If I don't know what it is, how do I teach my kiddos about it? This article might help if you are curious about mindfulness. Try a few of these strategies at home. At school, we have been doing an activity called "Melting," the video on Go Noodle is very helpful in getting started. We do this particular activity after our workouts in the gym where there is more room. I then guide students through some calming meditation. See what works for you.
